Watching the ships roll in

DSC_3425

I froze to the bones today, even though it’s supposed to be spring already. I woke up and the clear sky tricked me into believing it will be warm. Well, it wasn’t. I obviously got over-excited about the new season and already took out my leather jacket out so I was basically running the way home so I’d warm up a little. I’m wearing a Mango dress, Liz Lisa jean jacket and my beloved Dr Martens. The hat was a gift from a friend and the necklace is from zara.

It’s weird that whenever I have a lot of things going on in my life, I don’t feel like writing, at all. Or maybe it’s because I’m a little sad tonight, I don’t know. Either way, I promise I’ll pull myself together :) Thank you for viewing.

2012 in fabric

I’ve always been a past dweller. I can’t let go of things, memories, people easily. Especially people. I wouldn’t beat up the girls who stole my toys in kindergarden, but I still remember. Therefore for me the most suitable way to begin the new year is to think about the one that just passed. The good, the bad, the joys, the sorrows and what they all meant to me, how they changed my life. I can’t say 2012 was good nor bad, it was weird. Just plain weird. If somebody would’ve told me in advance what was going to happen last year I would’ve told them to cut the crap.
Style wise, I think this year wasn’t as weird as the previous ones, though. I’d still wear most of the outfits. But I’ll let you be the judge of that, so, here you are: my favourite outfits from 2012.

Come in here, dear boy

Have a cigar, you’re gonna go far. Ten points and a kiss for you if you know the song :) How have you been, dear readers? I’m sorry for the lack of outfit posts, but the weather has been terrible in here lately. Foggy and freezing cold all day long. On top of that I had my term papers and a few projects for school so I’ve been pretty caught up with studying. On Sunday I took a break so here you are!

Jacket, Coat and Skirt: Zara Boots: Dr Martens Tote: Cambridge souvenir shop Shirt: pull and bear

Sunday has also been the first day I’ve used my new camera outside, that’s why the photos aren’t at their best. I promise I’ll figure out the settings and improve soon :3

Am I the only one who just can’t keep a tote bag clean? I swear no matter how often I wash them, in maximum a week I’ve stained them with something again. Probably because they’re cheaper and more resistant that leather bags, so I’m being careless.

Thank you for reading. Adieu!

Easy like Sunday morning

Unfortunately not even Sunday mornings have been easy for me lately, since for some reasons teachers have finally realised there are two months left of this semester and we had no grades. The funny part is that they’ve all realised it at the same damn time, which means I’ve got assignments over assignments and dozens of tests every week. Term papers are coming soon too, so I’m not sure how often I’ll be able to update. I’ll do my best, though! In case anybody thinks I stole my purse, I paid for it, haha but the employee at pull and bear forgot to take off that plastic thingy (if you know what it’s called, please do tell, I don’t know how to call it even in my native language).

Jacket: Zara TRF Shirt: pull and bear Skirt: Zara TRF Boots: Dr Martens Purse: pull and bear

A picture of the delicious salad I had for lunch. It was yummy but not too filling, sadly, I could’ve eaten three more and would still be hungry probably. There are days when I could eat the whole planet, I swear.

And there’s nothing like Autmn, really. The only time when death is beautiful. Thank you for reading :) Have a nice day!

Roses are red, violets are blue

Vodka is cheaper than dinner for two. Ta dah a little poem to cheer up a lazy Sunday evening after an unbelievably crazy busy and mostly shitty week. The past week deserves a prize, really. It’s been the worst I’ve been through in a long, long time, ah I’m so happy it’s over. I pray the upcoming one will be better.

I think the most memorable thing I did this week was on Saturday, when I wore this outfit to meet a new and lovely friend, Patricia H (we share the same name, haha :D ). I’m so glad I met her and we bonded! I usually find it pretty hard to find people on the same peace of mind as me, but we just clicked! We’ve got a lot in common, personality wise.

Leather Jacket: Zara Suit coat: Zara Shirt: H&M Skirt: Pull and bear Shoes: Dr Marten’s

One of Hunter’s favourite things is hiding between people’s legs. Whenever he has the chance, he sticks his head between your legs, no matter how inaproppiate the position might look like :D Also, I’ve finally managed to convince him to actually walk when we try to go out for a walk (it used to be me carrying him in my arms to the park before). I felt like a proud mother, haha~

Today has been a beautiful day, that I’ve sadly enjoyed only from my bed because I’ve been to lazy to go out. Hopefully there will be more warm days this autumn. Or what’s left of it anyway.

Thank you for reading :) Have an awesome day!
