Dirty Love

DSC_1368

It’s been a while since you’ve seen this cute furry face, huh? Look how much my baby’s grown! He’s not afraid of stairs anymore and he eats like a pig, he’d eat the whole planet if he could. I gave him a giant piece of ham earlier, thinking it would keep him busy for a few minutes. It didn’t, I swear it vanished in 30 seconds. Well, time flies. I can barely lift the furry bastard up now, but regardless the size he’s so full of energy I couldn’t keep him somewhere more than 5 minutes. Actually writing this makes me a little sad. It’s like yesterday he was so small I could hold him in my arms like a baby and he’d fall asleep in my lap for hours. I wonder if this is how mothers feel when their kids grow up.

As the cliche goes, there’s only one way to find out. And I’m not too keen on finding out just yet.

Husky diary: Baby’s growing up

My beloved furry companion is slowly growing up. I don’t know if you can tell from the pictures, but he’s almost twice as big since we got him. He’s started to actually enjoy walks, a few weeks ago I had to carry him in my arms to the park and even there he wouldn’t play or run around much. Even though we haven’t started training him much yet, he’s never peed or done anything naughty inside (he’s sleeping and spending most time outdoors, mom doesn’t agree with keeping pets inside :( ). He’s making me incredibly happy and makes every shitty day brighter. Only thinking about him makes me smile. I feel as if I’m in love with my own dog, haha :D

Hunter loves hiding between people’s legs and falling asleep there or in their laps. He also loves ham and hot chocolate. He still hates his leash, though. He tries to chew it everytime he gets the chance. I can’t wait to see how he’ll react when he’ll experience his first snow <3

And here’s me, acting like the proud mommy I am. The pictures are taken the day I’ve achieved one of my greatest victories: making Hunter actually walk along while taking walks. Before he was always whining and I had to carry him around in my arms because he just sat on his fat furry ass and refused to take one step.

One of the cutest things he’s done so far was when I snuck him inside (I was home alone). I was lying on my back on the bed and he hopped on too,  climbed on me, put his paws on my chest and he pressed his nose on mine and just stood there for a minute. He just looked in my eyes and glued his nose to mine, I swear, as crazy as this may sound, it was like he was telling me that he loves me as much as I love him. Then he started to lick my face all over and ruined it haha :D He’s adorable. Hunter’s watching you, so beware!

Meet my beautiful baby boy

Hey guys, as promised, I present you my beautiful baby husky named Hunter! He’s a hyperactive six week old ball of fluff filled with love and goofyness! We got him last Saturday and he’s doing a great job adjusting to his new home :)

I already love him, but how couldn’t anyone fall in love with such a beautiful, lovable creature? I hope he’ll enjoy his new family as much as we adore him.

Hunter kisses all my lovely readers and hopes you enjoyed this little introductory post. You’ll hear more about him in the future for sure :) Thank you for reading!

Monstrous at LFW

Not Monsters.Inc, but Fam Irvoll, the name of both the brand and it’s creator. She is a Norwegian girl with bright and unique signature items and designs and has worked as an assistant for designers such as Vivienne Westwood and Gareth Plugh.

She maintained her signature style of fun 3D monsters, knitted pieces and created a ~horribly~ cute and feminine monstrous collection.

~The Backstage~

One thing that caught my eye during the fashion show were these amazing creepers! They are a collaboration between Fam Irvoll and Underground for the Autumn / Winter 2012 collection. They’re inspired from Ghost Busters and cartoons and totally cute!

What’s your favourite LFW Collection? I think this is mine!
